Landons First Bath

Landon had his first bath yesterday and he loved it. He really enjoyed getting wet but he didn't really like being cold so as long we keep this awesome towel on him he is just fine.

We are getting closer!

Landon is only taking bottles now! He himself took out his feed tube (he hated that thing) He is a champ (no not Seth's old car!) He takes his bottles down in about 10 minutes or less and sometimes he is still hungry. It wont be long now!

We did it!

Landon has taken a full bottle two days in a row and now we are on to offering two bottles a day. One step closer to coming home!
I will post pictures the weekend.

Bottle Update!

So...Landon took double what he took yesterday. That little stinker knew his daddy was feeding him and wanted to shine for his daddy. I am glad Seth is off the next four days so hopefully we can work up to taking the whole bottle for a feeding.
Everything else is going good, we just need to keep working on the bottle!

Bottle...

Today I got to feed Landon a bottle. He took it okay but then got pooped out and didn't finish it. I enjoyed my time holding him. Tomorrow Daddy gets to try his hand at the bottle. Landon if you do better for daddy, mommy is not going to like it!
We had a great day and can't wait for Friday so daddy can spend the whole day with us.

Landon Ray Wigle

Okay....I know I need to update the blog but we have been really busy. Landon came 8 weeks early and we were not prepared for his arrival. Well his stuff was ready but Seth and I were not prepared to have a baby when we went to our "normal" checkup Friday, February 26th. I will blog about our experience later.
Landon is doing great. He is back up to his birth weight, which was 2 lbs 7 oz. But in a week which we are thankful for! He has not been on any oxygen which is a blessing and he is doing well.
We get to hold him for about an hour a day and we just love that time together. Seth went back to work yesterday to save his days until Landon comes home. I know it was hard for him but Landon and I spent some quality time together.
Thank you all for your support and prays. Keep them coming, they are working.
We dropped the laptop with all the pictures on it in the hospital so when I get some pictures on this computer I will post them. Have a great day!
