Minnesota!

We had a great time in Minnesota. It went really fast and we didn't get to do everything we planned. We also didn't get a chance to see everyone that we wanted to. Sorry, you can always come visit us! This is Landon in his 4th of July outfit, I know the 4th is long past but I didn't think it was right to only wear the outfit once. Isn't he sitting nice in this new chair Grandma Wigle got? The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool at my parents house. Landon didn't really like it but he didn't hate it either. I think he will have a blast next summer.

Aspen kept Landon company on the way home. We need a bigger car....Landon did very well in the car. We had to stop twice to eat both ways but other than that he did great. Thanks to Zach, Julie, Mallory, and Brady for letting us stay with them for a night on our way up. It was great to see you guys and we can't wait for our next visit. Hopefully it will be for a longer time.

Thanks mom and dad for letting us stay at your house!

On the boat

This weekend Landon went on the boat for the first time. He looks uncomfortable but he didn't mind and he fell asleep on my lap. We had a good time this past weekend at the lake with my family and my Grandparents. Off to Minnesota!(I love the lake side of our house in the background) My grandparents were off to Branson. We hope you had a great time!

GIVE ME FOOD!!!!!

Today was Landon's first try at rice cereal. He actually did really well. We weren't sure if he was ready but we got the okay from his Doctor and we decided to give it a try.

This past weekend we spent at the lake and made it home before the big storm hit. Landon and I head back down there on Wednesday with my grandparents and my family and Seth will join us after work on Friday. We still are not sure if he will have surgery on his foot or not. We will wait two more weeks and then we will know for sure. We hope not so he will be back on the road before school starts or my plans get messed up once again. Man, God really is testing me and my planning. God, I am learning not to plan my life so much, you can stop throwing us curve balls! Have a great week!

4 Months old!

A little too small for the johnny jump up!

At 4 months...
-Landon is sleeping through the night (well he was doing that at 3 1/2 months)
-Talking all the time!
-Repeating sounds Seth or I do.
-Lifting his BIG head. (His head made the charts today 5th percentile!)
-Weighs 10 pounds 3 ounces
-Is 20.75 inches long
They adjust his age usually by the due date and according to that he should only be 2 months old. We went yesterday to the developmental clinic and they adjusted his age to a 3 month 2 week old. That means he is doing everything a 3 month old would do so we are only 1 month behind. Not too bad for being such a peanut when he was born. They do say they like to see them catch up by age 2. I think we will catch up developmentally before that, who knows though. We are just very thankful for a healthy baby boy and we love watching his milestones no matter which age they happen at.

Happy 4th of July!

Landon really enjoyed the parade today. Since it is a voting year about every other float was a political one, so it was kind of a boring parade but we had a good time. We hope everyone has a fun and safe 4th!
P.S. Seth fractured his foot doing P90X so it looks like I will be completing the next few weeks by myself. Wish me luck!

Loving the lake!

Here are some pictures from the past week. We spent time at the Lake house with my parents and my brother Chase. We had a great time boating and jet skiing. I have to admit I am a little sore from tubing. On top of that Seth and I decided to start P90X today, hopfully we wont be to sore in the morning!
Chase and Landon spending time on the dock.
First time in the lake. Landon really enjoyed it. He likes water as long as it is warm. He can't wait to go swimming in my parents pool since my mom keeps it very warm.

Chase caught his first fish of the summer!
