Fun at the lake

Landon is sporting his new sunglasses I found for $1.20. He is also relaxing on the couch at the lake house. The weather was beautiful today and we spent a lot of time outside.

Fun Times

So for Christmas Seth received a gun safe from his Dad. Landon loved playing with the styrofoam. I thought this was a fine idea until I had to clean it up. I vacuumed for over an hour just in the entry. It was not fun there was sooooooooo much static in the air it just kept sticking to the front of my brand new vacuum that I received from Christmas from my parents. I was not a happy camper. But I finally got it all up in time for our neighborhood progressive dinner. What a fun night that was :) So nice that we could just walk to each others houses. Not to mention the food and drinks were great. Here are some pictures of Landon playing (making a mess) with the styrofoam.

We have been busy with school and preschool. Seth is really enjoying being in the classroom and Landon and I are loving that he is home at night. So much easier to feel like a normal family. We are also tutoring our 8th grade neighbor in math which Seth is doing most of as I am not that good.

LANDON UPDATE: He went pee and poop on the potty at Preschool on Thursday! We are very proud of our little man. He is so independent and proving his tiny stature will not slow him down.

THIS WEEK: Not much is happening out of the usual. We are looking forward to a trip to the lake next weekend. Even though I have to attend a conference on Monday and Tuesday. It will still be nice to get away and spend time together.

Happy New Year!

Things are slowly getting back to normal and we are getting back to our old routines. The first day back to school and preschool went very well. Landon is now sleeping on a cot instead of in a pack and play, sitting at the big kids table, and drinking from a cup all by himself. We are very proud for our little man, he is growing up so quickly. Here are some pictures from the Holidays, sorry we are a little late at posting these.

Santa Outfit

We got Landon a Christmas outfit and wanted to get some pictures of him in it with some lights. Landon really doesn't love getting his picture taken, so here is what we came away with, not too bad.

Little Monkey

Landon figured out how to climb on the outside of his crib. He can't quite climb over the top, but he loves hanging on the outside.

Landon woke up from his nap a little dazed and with some fantastic bed hair.

Landon loves whoppers and only picks them out of his bucket of Halloween candy.

Landon is for sure a little climber he is always putting himself in some interesting posistions

Trick or Treat?

Landon was dressed up as a little ninja. He carried his bucket and pretty much wanted to eat each piece of candy he got from each person.
