Gymnastics Performance

On Saturday Landon had a gymnastics performance.  He has been doing gymnastics on a bus that comes to his preschool, and this was a big performance to show off what he has been learning.  Here he is on the trampoline.

They also had a station to shoot some hoops.  Landon got to use the step since he was a bit vertically challenged.
Here is our big guy just relaxing before he does his next event.
Landon loved climbing and swinging on the little rope.
Here he goes on an attempt to do a cartwheel.  The marks on the mat weren't quite right for him.

The last thing he did was a mini vault.  His favorite part was presenting at the beginning and end of the vault.

What a Saturday...

While shopping at target Landon fell on a clothes rack and cut his forehead. We made a trip to the ER and now we have 3 stitches. He is his same old self though, when we went back to target later to get the stuff we had to leave he was running around and wanted to show me where he hurt himself. What a brave little boy we have.

Pumpkin Time

Landon had fun going through the hay bail maze several times and figured it out all by himself
Every year we have landon stand in fron of the measuring pumpkin, he was not so happy to do so

Landon loved playing in the large corn sandbox.  He did some backstroke, some freestyle, and just loved digging around in the corn.
Landon picked out his own pumpkin and helped cut it from the stem.

Here is Landon trying to pick up a pumpkin that weighed more than he did....good effort little man.

We also got to take a hay ride.  He love the tractor and tried to grab the corn stalks as we passed by.  All in all it was a great trip and we love going to Fisher Farms every year to get our pumpkins.

Fire truck parade!

Today we celebrated 100 years with the fire department. Landon did have a good time even though the picture doesn't look like it!
