Crossfit Competition

Seth and I went to St. Louis this weekend so he and his friend Chris could compete in a competition. They did a great job and they know what to work on for next year 😜 I'm proud of Seth for always being so determined to do his best, he sets a great example for our children on pushing yourself to always be better than yesterday...Thanks Grandma Joy for watching the kids so we could have a night away!
